Searching personal customers

Need to create a case for a personal customer registered on NABD? From the Customer Service page, you can search for the personal customer and then create a new case or view existing case history. You can also update the customer's information.

To search personal customers:

  1. From your left main menu, select Customer Service.

  2. From the left menu, select Customer Service.

  3. Next to Customer Type, click Personal.

  4. Type the keywords for the personal customer. You can search for a personal customer by social security number, customer name, e-mail, and phone numbers.

  5. Click Search.




    The customers appear in your Customer Service window.
