Sending correspondence

NABD makes it easy for you to send correspondence to your customers. You can use ready-made templates in NABD to make the correspondence uniform and professional looking. Templates are available for email, Microsoft Word documents, Facebook, and Twitter.

You can send correspondence automatically based on the uploaded workflow using the templates created by the administrator. You can also manually send the correspondence.

To manually send correspondence:

  1. From your left main menu, select Miscellaneous tasks.

  2. From the Miscellaneous tasks menu, select Send correspondence.

  3. Select Correspondence radio button.

  4. Do the following on the Send correspondence page:

    Select the case ID, the template you want to use and add a description for the correspondence.




    Select the To information for your correspondence. You can send correspondence to a customer, another user or user group, or role, etc.

    In the Other field, enter any other recipients (be sure to include their email address).




    Select the cc information for the correspondence (who you want to copy). You can copy a customer, another user or user group, or role, etc. on an email.

    In the Other field, enter any other recipients (be sure to include their email address).



    Select the Bcc information for the correspondence (who you want to make a blind carbon copy). You can copy a customer, another user or user group, or role, etc. on an email.

    In the Other field, enter any other recipients (be sure to include their email address).


  5. Type the text of your correspondence. If you are using a template, the template information will appear here. Customize the information as necessary.

  6. If you're done, click Send and close to send.



To manually send mobile announcement:

  1. From your left main menu, select Miscellaneous tasks.

  2. From the Miscellaneous tasks menu, select Send correspondence.

  3. Select Mobile Announcement radio button.

  4. Do the following on the Send correspondence page:

    the template you want to use and add a description for the mobile announcement.




    Select the To information for your mobile announcement. You can send mobile announcement to a customer.




  5. Type the text of your correspondence. If you are using a template, the template information will appear here. Customize the information as necessary.

  6. If you're done, click Send and close to send.
