Viewing the audit log

NABD's audit log provides you with detailed information about recent activities (including case updates, new cases added, cases deleted, etc.). You can see when and where the change occurred and other specific system details.

You can search for all recent activity or you can search for specific user, client, or system activities (or any combination of the three).

To view the audit log:

  1. From your left main menu, select Admin.

  2. From Admin page ,within Security section.

  3. From the Security section, select Audit log.

  4. On the Audit log page, you can select how you want to search by user, customer, or system. You can select one or all three.

    By user change done by NABD users. 

    By customer change done by a customer from the NABD portal. 

    By system automatic system updates like internal workflow processing.  


  5. If searching by user name, select the individual user name or View all from the drop down.

  6. Select the event type (View All, Update, Delete, or Add) from the drop down.

  7. Select the date range from the drop down calendars.

  8. Click Search. The search results appear at the bottom of the page in the Audit log window. You can search and page through this information.
